噴泉，對小區（qū）來說是一道靚麗（lì）的（de）風景，對住戶（hù）來說，能讓生活（huó）增光（guāng）添彩。然而，連日來（lái），記者（zhě）走訪我市部分小區發現，不少小區內的噴泉大多不再噴水，小（xiǎo）區昔日美麗（lì）的水景噴泉，如今多數成了擺（bǎi）設。

在眉山城區江鄉路的某小區內（nèi），大（dà）門正（zhèng）對的噴泉造型雖然很美觀，但是噴泉池則（zé）顯得有些狼狽：3個水池（chí）早已幹涸，煙頭、瓶蓋等垃圾（jī）被扔進池內，池內的水泵設施已被破壞。

“我就沒看到過這（zhè）噴泉噴過水。”該小區的業（yè）主周（zhōu）女士告訴記者，她於2012年入住小區，在她的記憶中，小區噴泉一直就沒打開過，因為裏麵沒水，成了孩子們玩耍的地方。

隨後，記者前往湖濱路附近的（de）某小區（qū），正門口的噴（pēn）泉池內雖（suī）然蓄著水，但（dàn）水麵已被掉落的樹葉覆蓋。“這噴泉已經停噴很久了。”在該小區門口（kǒu），業（yè）主黃女（nǚ）士（shì）表示（shì），小區噴泉剛開始還能用，遇到節假日也常開放，但近一兩（liǎng）年（nián），噴泉基本已廢棄，即使春節等重大（dà）節日也不見（jiàn）噴水。“我們也向物業反映過，當時物業答應得挺好，但事後也沒（méi）見采取任何措施。”黃女（nǚ）士表示，後來大家都不抱希望了。“我們工作也挺忙的，哪兒（ér）來（lái）的時間和精力與物業較勁嘛。”

走訪中記者發現，我市多數小區的噴泉都淪為（wéi）了擺設，噴泉普（pǔ）遍存在噴頭鏽跡斑斑、水泵久壞不修、池水汙濁、池內垃圾清掃不及時等（děng）問題。隻有少數小區的噴泉池較為（wéi）幹（gàn）淨，每日有專人進行（háng）打掃。“我都忘了我們小區還有噴泉這回事。”在采訪中，不少業主苦笑。

噴泉修起了為什麽不用？對於這一問（wèn）題，物業公司也是叫苦不迭，過高的維護成本使得（dé）他（tā）們不敢輕易開啟噴泉，“不是不想噴（pēn），實在是噴不起。”

“噴泉噴不噴水是很多小區都麵臨的難題。”江鄉路某小區（qū）的物業負責人宋先生表示，越大、結構越複（fù）雜的噴泉維修和維護費越高，可就算是結構簡單的小噴泉，其日（rì）常維護費用和故障維修費也不（bú）是物業所能承受的。“不僅（jǐn）如此（cǐ），如果噴泉開啟以（yǐ）後，小孩子跑到噴泉邊嬉戲，一旦出了安全事故誰負責（zé）？”

“小區在規劃（huá）建設時既然將噴泉作為小區的配（pèi）套（tào）設施，就應該去發揮它的作用（yòng），而眼下（xià）噴泉的這個現狀可以說既浪費了公共（gòng）資源，又破壞了小區的（de）環境。”市民高先（xiān）生表示（shì），與其在小（xiǎo）區裏（lǐ）建設噴泉，不如選擇其他更（gèng）實用（yòng）、維護成本更低的公共設施，比如更多地設置（zhì）一些公共綠地。“不要為了‘高大上’盲目修建，結果造成資（zī）源的浪費。”
